Recycling

Our recycling policies cover all aspects of our business, starting in our offices where we recycle as much of our waste as is currently possible to do.

We also assist our maintenance customers in the disposal of waste responsibly in line with legislation such as WEEE (Waste Electrical & Electronic Equipment).

Carbon Emissions

We assist our customers in reducing carbon emissions from their buildings by:

Good quality maintenance and efficient management of the controls of the heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems

Efficient design of new installations under the Part ‘L’ building regulations

By carrying out audits of old, inefficient equipment and replacing with much ‘greener’ highly efficient systems. This not only reduces emissions, but also delivers savings on running costs and repairs

F Gas regulations

All of our engineers are trained in the safe handling of refrigerant gasses, to ensure that the release of refrigerant gases in to the atmosphere is kept to a minimum.

This is achieved by:

Good training and procedures for the handling of refrigerant

Regular leak testing of systems

Good logging and record keeping of refrigerant added and removed from systems

Strict control of reclaimed refrigerant and safe disposal to an approved supplier
