We can carry out surveys of existing or new comms and computer room areas to assess equipment loadings and layouts, customer’s specific requirements such as humidification, cooling redundancy and standby cooling.
This would be followed by a detailed heatload calculation and selection of the most appropriate style and configuration of air

conditioning system, and production of a detailed quotation, which takes into account budgetary restraints.

As we are an independent company we are not affiliated with any specific manufacturer and therefore we can select the correct product for the application.

On acceptance detailed drawings and programmes would be issued and our experienced installation team would commence the project.
Our management team would oversee the installation from initial conception through to commissioning and final handover and liase with other trades at all stages to ensure a smooth ‘on time’ project.

On completion of the installation Serviceplan can offer the ongoing planned preventative maintenance of the systems to ensure they operate at their optimum efficiency at all times and to ensure manufacturers warranties are retained.

Serviceplan can if required manage the design and

installation of other services such as:
