Serviceplan Ltd, based in Sunbury on Thames, was established in 1987 for the maintenance of air conditioning and building services in offices, server and computer rooms, within London and the Home Counties.

On the demands of our customers the company set up a full Design and Build installation division shortly afterwards for the modification of existing systems and the installation of new air conditioning and mechanical services.

Serviceplan is fully recognised and registered with key industry bodies including Gas Safe, ACRIB and REFCOM.
